OFFICIAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
1. DELIVERY ZONES & BASE RATES
Coverage: We provide delivery services across all major societies and sectors in Lahore.
Standard Delivery (Up to 5 lbs): Standard delivery charges are applied based on the specific
Zone/Area selected at the time of checkout.
Heavy Weight Policy (5 lbs or more): For any order weighing 5 lbs or more, the delivery charges
will be four times (4x) the standard base rate of that specific area.
No Free Delivery: Standard or weight-based shipping rates apply to all orders regardless of the
order value.
2. MANDATORY ORDER INSPECTION
Check Before You Pay: Customers are strictly required to thoroughly inspect the package at the
time of delivery. Ensure the product is in perfect condition and matches your order before making
the payment to the rider.
Post-Delivery Liability: Once the order has been received and the rider has left the premises, we
will not be held responsible for any physical damage, leakages, or missing items.
Claim Validity: No claims regarding physical damage will be entertained once the delivery
process is complete.
3. DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY & PICKUP OPTIONS
Official Company Delivery: If the order is delivered by our official rider and any damage occurs
during transit, it is our full responsibility. We will provide a replacement or compensation.
Self-Pickup / Third-Party Riders: If the customer chooses to send their own rider (e.g., Bykea,
Indriver, or personal staff) for pickup, our responsibility ends the moment the order is handed
over. We are not liable for any damages caused during transit in this case.
4. DELIVERY TIMELINE & PAYMENTS
Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 24hours after confirmation.
Contact: Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Our rider will call before arrival.
Payment: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please pay the exact amount mentioned on your
invoice (Product Price + Shipping Charges).
