From the product box to the final carry bag, every Raaj Treats order is packed with food safety, presentation, and the journey to you in mind.

Each product is box packed, sealed, and handed over in a dedicated carry bag.

All Raaj Treats products are packed properly using 100% food-grade packaging material. Special care is taken when selecting the quality and suitability of the material used for each order.
Every product is placed in an appropriate box, sealed, and handed over in a special carry bag. The packaging format may vary according to the product’s size, weight, design, temperature needs, and delivery or collection arrangement.

Boxed & sealed
The product is enclosed in its box and sealed before it is prepared for handover.
Bagged for handover
The sealed box is placed in a dedicated carry bag for delivery or collection.
Inspect the packaging before accepting your order.
At delivery or collection, please check that the box is closed, the seal appears intact, and there is no visible crushing, leakage, or other damage.
- Raise any visible concern before the handover is completed.
- Keep the package upright and support it from the base.
- Do not place heavy items on top of the product box.
Safe handling protects the product inside.
Packaging provides reasonable protection, but cakes and desserts remain delicate and may be affected by heat, tilting, sudden movement, pressure, or extended travel.
- Follow any storage or refrigeration guidance provided with the order.
- Keep the package away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odours.
- Transport the box on a flat, stable surface whenever possible.

Custom packaging may be arranged for bulk orders, corporate gifting, event favours, celebrations, and other special occasions. Contact our Customer Service Team early so we can understand the quantity, presentation, timing, and branding you have in mind.
Custom options are subject to order quantity, material availability, production time, design complexity, and any additional cost confirmed before the order is finalised.

Food-grade packaging supports safe handling but does not make the product allergen-free or prevent possible cross-contact in the kitchen. Raaj Treats products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy. Please discuss serious allergies before ordering and review our Terms & Conditions.
Packaging may include different materials and components. Remove all packaging and any non-edible supports or decorations before serving. Dispose of or recycle packaging responsibly according to the facilities and rules available in your area.
