These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Raaj Treats website and, where relevant, to enquiries and orders placed with Raaj Treats (“Raaj Treats”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website or confirming an order with us, you agree to the Terms that apply at that time. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website to place or confirm an order.

You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with learning about Raaj Treats, browsing products, contacting us, and placing or discussing orders.

You are responsible for making sure information you give us — including contact, delivery, order and dietary information — is accurate and complete.

We aim to describe and present our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Because bakery products and custom items may be made or finished individually, reasonable variations in decoration, positioning, colour, finish or appearance may occur.

Screen settings can also affect colour. Product photographs and examples should therefore be treated as a visual guide unless a particular detail has been expressly agreed as part of your order.

Sending an enquiry, submitting information through the website, or discussing an order with us does not by itself guarantee that an order has been accepted.

An order is treated as confirmed when we communicate acceptance and any payment or confirmation requirements communicated to you have been satisfied.

The price and payment requirements that apply are the ones shown or communicated before the order is confirmed. Custom work may be priced according to size, design, quantity, decoration, ingredients, timing and delivery requirements.

Where an advance payment, deposit, balance payment or deadline applies, those details should be communicated before confirmation or as part of the agreed order information.

If details affecting a quote change after it is issued, the price may need to be revised before the changed order is accepted.

Custom cakes and personalised products are prepared around information and preferences agreed with you. Please review names, dates, wording, themes, quantities, sizing and other personalised details carefully before confirming them.

Inspiration images may help communicate style, but they do not necessarily mean that an exact copy can or will be produced. A design may be adapted to suit the agreed specification, practical constraints or our finishing style.

Any delivery or collection arrangements form part of the individual order. Please make sure the relevant address, contact number, date and timing information are accurate.

Where an exact time has not been expressly confirmed, timing may be an estimate or agreed window rather than a guaranteed minute-by-minute delivery time.

If circumstances outside reasonable control affect delivery or collection, we will aim to communicate with you and find a practical solution where possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made may depend on how far preparation has progressed, ingredient or material commitments, production capacity and the nature of the product.

Any refund, cancellation charge, retained advance payment or rescheduling arrangement must be consistent with the specific order information communicated to you and with rights you have under applicable consumer law.

If you or someone who will consume the product has an allergy, intolerance, dietary requirement or ingredient concern, please tell us before placing or confirming the order and ask for the current information relevant to that product.

Recipes, suppliers and product specifications can change, so dietary decisions should be based on information provided for the particular order rather than assumptions based only on a product name, photograph or previous purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs and other original website content belong to Raaj Treats or are used with permission.

You may view and use the website for normal browsing and ordering purposes. You must not commercially copy, reproduce, republish or misrepresent our original content or branding without permission, except where the law allows it.

Our website may link to or use third-party services such as messaging, payment, social media, mapping or other external platforms. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices and availability rules.
