1. ORDER FINALIZATION & COMMUNICATION
Social Media Discussion: All discussions held on social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram,
Facebook, etc.) are for consultation and discussion purposes only.
Official Order Form: The final order will be processed ONLY according to the details mentioned in
the Official Order Form submitted on our website.
Final Authority: Any special instructions, flavor choices, or design details discussed on social
media must be clearly written in the website’s order form. Raaj Treats will not be held responsible
for any discrepancies if details were missing from the official form
2. DESIGN & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
AI-Generated Designs: Please note that many trending cake designs are generated by AI
(Artificial Intelligence). While we strive for maximum accuracy, some designs cannot be
replicated 100% identical to the reference picture.
Hand-Made Variations: As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and
artistic finishing are expected.
3. SPECIAL ITEMS & DECORATIONS
Customer-Provided Items: If a customer provides specific decorative items or accessories, we
will use them as instructed.
Alternatives: In cases where specific items provided by the customer are unavailable or missing
from our standard inventory, we will use the best available alternatives to maintain the look of the
product.
MANDATORY SAFETY WARNINGS (READ CAREFULLY)
NON-EDIBLE DECORATIONS & ACCESSORIES
Our cake products may contain NON-EDIBLE structural supports and decorative items. These
include, but are not limited to:
Internal Supports: Toothpicks, wooden sticks, plastic dowels, or wires.
External Decor: Decorative pearls, ribbons, plastic toppers, or thermopore (Styrofoam) used for
height/structure.
Consumption Advice: Please be extremely careful during consumption. It is advised to remove
all accessories and internal supports before serving.
CAKE SMASH WARNING: We strictly advise AGAINST “Cake Smash” activities. Internal supports
(sticks/pins) can cause serious physical injury during such activities.
FOOD ALLERGENS
Allergen Exposure: Please be aware that our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles
nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy.
Risk: Exposure to food allergens is possible. Customers with severe food allergies should
consume our products at their own risk.
