1. Operational Hours & Communication
Support Hours: Our customer support is available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (PST).

Order Finalization: While we discuss designs across social media, only the details mentioned in the Official Order Form will be followed. RaajTreats is not responsible for discrepancies if details discussed on social platforms are not documented in the form.
2. Ordering & Cut-off Times
Advance Booking: A minimum of 24 hours lead time is required for all web and customized orders.
Same-Day Orders: Only orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next business day.
Form Accuracy: Customers must ensure all specifications (Flavor, Weight, Design) are accurate. Incomplete forms will be processed at the customer’s risk.
3. Design & Customization (AI Disclaimer)
AI-Generated Images: We do not guarantee 100% replication of AI-generated cake designs found online. We offer a 30% replica guarantee for such designs. We recommend sharing photos of real cakes for better accuracy.
Decorative Accessories: Specific items like branded toys, characters, or custom toppers must be provided by the customer. RaajTreats provides generic alternatives unless specified otherwise.

4. Safety & Consumption Warning
Non-Edible Items: Our products may contain non-edible structural elements such as toothpicks, wooden sticks, pearls, beads, or thermocol/styrofoam.
Safety Protocol: Please be cautious during consumption. We strongly advise against “Cake Smashing” (pushing faces into cakes) due to internal support structures which may cause injury.
5. Delivery & Pickup Policy
Vehicle Logistics: To prevent damage, cakes weighing 5 lbs and above are delivered via Car only.
Delivery Pricing: For cakes 5 lbs and above, delivery charges will be 4x (four times) the standard rate.
Damage Liability:
RaajTreats Delivery: If our rider delivers the order, we take full responsibility for transit damage and will renew the order.
Self-Pickup/Third-Party Rider: Once an order leaves our premises via self-pickup or a customer-arranged rider, RaajTreats bears no responsibility for any damage.
Status Changes: Orders marked as “Self-Pickup” cannot be converted to “Delivery” at the time of pickup.
6. Storage & Payments
Storage: Our products are perishable. They must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. RaajTreats is not liable for spoilage due to improper storage or heat exposure.
Payment: A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm any customized order.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time for a refund or adjustment.
